Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days after they ship. Some products may take up to 20 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers around the world, so your order may ship from a different warehouse than someone else's — but every order is tracked end-to-end.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. If your country isn't an option at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — anything Shopify Checkout supports.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can. Once it's shipped, we can't change it but you can always start a return when it arrives.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. See our full Return Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at buruf1@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund right away — no return needed for damaged items.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.
