30-day window
If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
How to start a return
Email buruf1@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- What's wrong (a photo helps if it's damaged or different than described)
- Whether you'd like a refund, replacement, or store credit
We'll reply within 24 hours with the next step.
What's eligible
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
What's not eligible
- Items used or damaged after delivery (unless damage was reported within 7 days)
- Bath bombs and personal care items once opened
- Final-sale items (clearly marked)
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund right away — no return required for damaged items.
Return shipping
For non-damaged returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged or wrong items, we cover all shipping costs.
