Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days after shipping. Some products may take up to 20 business days depending on your location and the supplier. We'll always show the estimated delivery window on the product page when we know it.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll get an email with the link once it's on its way.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn't an option at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, email us and we'll track it down — and refund or replace it if it can't be found.
